A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STONYCREEK, COUNTY OF CAMBRIA,
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADJUSTING THE FEES FOR ANY PERSON WHO SHALL FAIL, NEGLECT OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH ANY TERM OR PROVISION OF ORDINANCE 657 §125-58
WHEREAS, the Township of Stonycreek adopted Ordinance 564 for reserving the right from time to time or an annual basis, by resolution to set, fix or adjust any and all fees permits and/or appeal requests based on the aforesaid Commissioners’ assessment of current costs and expenses
WHEREAS, Article VI §125-58 (1) Violations and Penalties
Any person who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this article shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $1000.00 for each violation
WHEREAS, Article VI §125-58 Violations and Penalties, §125-44 Laterals will be amended as follows:
Any person who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the terms or provisions of this article shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $200.00 for each violation
Any person who has connected a structure to the public collection or interceptor system at the property line, but has not included all underground sanitary sewer pipe including under slab or basement with conveys sewage to the municipal sanitary sewer system shall be subject to a penalty of not more than $150.00 for each violation
