·          Multimodal Grant application submission on July 30, 2024 for the Wildwood Avenue Storm water project.  The total grant submission of $851,913.00 , utilizes $50,000.00 in Liquid fuel monies & $30,000 in Capital Storm Water monies for a total project cost of $771,913.00

 ·          Authorization to request $74,963.15 from Peoples Gas upon execution of the Permanent Restoration Work Agreement by and between Stonycreek Township and Peoples Gas.  By Motion

·          Consideration to purchase Safety Rail from Sports and Recreation a Costar vendor. By motion

·        ·          Consideration to authorize J Finnerty Excavating to cut and remove all trees at Michigan Avenue playground for $11,500.00.  By motion

·                  Consideration to authorize Advanced Rehabilitation Technology to continue the polymer lining of sanitary sewer manholes utilizing sanitary sewer monies for $16,200.00. By motion

14. RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES

                RESOLUTION 2024-07

Be it RESOLVED, that the Township of Stonycreek Township, Cambria County hereby request a Multimodal Transportation fund Grant of $771,913.00 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the Stonycreek Township Cambria County Wildwood Avenue Road Project

Be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate,  Douglas Sedlemeyer, President Board of Commissioners as the official to execute all documents and agreements between the Township of Stonycreek and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant.

I, Jennifer D Wagner, duly qualified Township Administrator of the Township of Stonycreek Cambria County, PA hereby certify that the forgoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the Township of Stonycreek to be presented at the regular meeting held August 27th, 2024 and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the Township of Stonycreek and remains in effect as of this date.

RESOLUTION No. 2024-8

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF STONYCREEK CAMBRIA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, authorizing officials to borrow funds from the capital improvement account for the purchase of two police cruisers and setting the repayment terms for same

·          The 2025 Minimum Municipal Obligation was authorized and executed by Jennifer Wagner, Chief Administrative Officer for the township pension plan.  By motion.

·          Upset Tax Sale for 2025-  Delinquent fees associated with Garbage, Sewer Maintenance, Storm Water and Sewer surcharge have been provided to the tax claim bureau on 8 properties for a total of   $22,259.91
