o    This plan proposes the reconfiguration of lot lines between portions of two exisiting lots of separate ownership and a portion of an unopened alley, reaulting in two lots of separate ownership.  A 1200.00 Square foot Lot (Parcel A) , a 0.745 acre Lot ( Parcel B) and a 2251.839 Square Foot Lot (Parcel C) will be conveyed by Mr. Zakuciya to Mr. Cook and merged with Parcel 57-010-512 2006 Young Street
