·         Consideration to purchase a magnet to assist the removal of sanitary sewer manholes and storm water grates utilizing sanitary sewer fund monies and Storm Water Fund monies for $250.00 each. By motion

·         Consideration to purchase Seal Guard – sealing material for manhole caulking in the approximate amount of $800.00 utilizing Sanitary Sewer Fund monies. By Motion

·         Correspondence from Upper Yoder Authority regarding pump station expenses

·         Correspondence from Michael Grandinetti, Johnstown Redevelopment Authority providing the Consent Order & Agreement progress report 2nd half 2022

·         Correspondence from JRA regarding the 2022 annual waste load management report.

·         Correspondence from the Cambria County Conservation District providing a copy of the NPDES permit completeness for the Dollar General

14. OLD BUSINESS READY FOR ACTION

·         Eugene Street Playground fence bid award          

o    Sturdy Mountain Fence - $17,000.00- by motion

15. NEW BUSINESS

·         Cambria county Community Develop Block Grant Program provided by JRA to qualifying residents for the sewer lateral compliance

·         Consideration to utilize General fund monies for the purchase of two gooseneck basketball poles and hoops for the Eugene Street playground for $4,018.00 from Sports Systems. By motion

·         Consideration to utilize General fund monies for the purchase of 2 baby swings, chain, & 15 flat swings from Wonderplay Inc. TBA Swing Set Mall for $2,322.31. By motion

·         Spring Clean-up dates           

o    Thursday, May 11, 2023 for residents with a Thursday pick up

o    Friday, May 12, 2023 for residents with a Friday pick up

·         Consideration to utilize General Fund monies for the purchase of ammunition backordered from 2020 & 2021 from Witmer Public Safety for $1890.00. By motion
