Notice is hereby given that the Township of Stonycreek will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Stonycreek Township Municipal Building, to discuss a proposed Zoning Map Amendment. The Zoning Map Amendment will reclassify two (2) parcels from R-21 to Commercial. The two (2) parcels involved are know as Cambria County Map Numbers 57-010.-618.000 and 57-010.-617.000 and are located in the “rear” location between 1005 and 2025 Bedford Street. A draft Ordinance has been prepared in conjunction with the Zoning Map Amendment and reviewed by the Cambria County Planning Commission. The new Ordinance is summarized as follows.
